I am available for appointments during the usual business hours in central London, by appointment only.
I also offer appointments during evenings and weekends within the areas of Canary Wharf, Docklands, Surrey Quays and parts of East London where I can travel to visit you at a convenient place. I will require you to bring all of the following original documents with you for our initial meeting:-
- Passport or photographic full driving licence
- A recent proof of your residential address in the form of either a bank statement, Council Tax demand or utility demand (of no more than three months' old)
- Letter of instructions from your overseas lawyers (if any)
If you represent a company or an organisation, I will also require you to bring in addition to the above documents, the following original documents:-
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Board resolution
- Register of Directors and Shareholders
- Legal Opinion (if any)
It would be useful, if you would be able to send me copies of the above identity documents together with the documents to be notarised required for use overseas, prior to our initial appointment.
