My name is Tracy Hon and I am a qualified Notary Public practising in London. During normal business hours, I practise in central London, however I also offer my notarial services in Canary Wharf, Docklands, parts of East London and Surrey Quays during evenings and weekends.
In England and Wales, Notary Publics are appointed by the Archbishop of Canterbury and are regulated by The Court of Faculties. A Notary Public is a qualified lawyer and an officer of the law who holds an internationally recognised public office. The majority of my services includes the drawing up of documents, attestation of signatures, authentication or certification of documents which have an international element and are to be used overseas.
